Return & Refund Policy

At lenavas, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, our return process is designed to be easy and transparent.

Returns are accepted only for items that remain unused, in their original state, and packaging intact. Please note that personalized, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive products are generally non-returnable.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be processed after this period.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without this number may not be accepted.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you about your refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, possibly minus restocking fees, return shipping, or taxes.

If your refund does not appear after a reasonable time, please check with your bank or card issuer. For unresolved issues, our support team is ready to assist.

Sale or discounted items may be returned, but refunds will reflect the price originally paid.

For exchanges related to size, color, or style, please contact customer service. Availability and any price differences or additional shipping costs apply.

To return an item, request your RA number and instructions, pack the item carefully with all original materials, and label the package with the RA number. Use a trackable shipping method if possible.

Restocking fees may apply based on the product condition and type, as communicated by our support staff.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
